[Bug]: scroll bar #138

Reproduction steps

There is a problem with the scroll bar on the desktop. When the sidebar is open, it will keep flashing when using the mouse scroll wheel or when manually dragging it down.

Expected behavior

Normally, by dragging the scroll bar, you can view the content that is not visible.

Actual behavior

First of all, when I moved the mouse over the scroll bar, a prompt appeared indicating that I could drag the scroll bar to adjust the sidebar.
Secondly, when I scroll or drag the scroll bar, the content that doesn't appear below does not display normally.
